This website is operated by the MA walls, a brand of ULTRO Inc. Throughout the Site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the MA walls. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this Site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, policies, and conditions referenced herein or available by hyperlink (including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy).

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Products and Services

All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of printing. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for our products are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, and import fees. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT/GST, or other taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery — please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

Payment

We accept payment through Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including artwork, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of the MA walls / ULTRO Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Our artwork is sold as physical prints for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

EU Product Safety (GPSR)

For customers in the European Union: All products sold through this Site comply with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 — the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Detailed product safety information, including manufacturer details, EU responsible person contact information, materials, intended use, and care instructions, is available on our EU GPSR Compliance page.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, as all the MA walls products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each purchase, they fall under the exception provided in Article 16(c) of the Directive for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products. Please see our Refund Policy for details on returns of damaged or defective items.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the MA walls and ULTRO Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. For EU/EEA consumers, this section does not override mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MA walls, ULTRO Inc., and our partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels.

For EU/EEA consumers: You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU/EEA consumers, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
